Communication is key!

I hope that Wellness Weavers's Community outreach programs are included in the MSH Clinical Innovation Center.

The Wellness Weavers first "pilot project" is a Vet who has transitioned from homelessness to being employed and buying his own home in less than 2 years.

The framework for the bridge between VA and Wellness Weavers needs to be solidified so we can effectively serve both directions.

Would love to dialogue to see how all stakeholders can work smarter.
